Spread peace, joy, hope, love, and faith this holiday season with these web-exclusive ornaments. The simple designs are easy to cut but will look stunning with tree lights shining through the frets.

We cut the ornaments from Baltic birch plywood and finished them with Danish oil, but there are many more options: paint, stain, or woodburn the plywood; accent the designs with glitter; or cut the ornaments from hardwood. Get the kids involved by cutting the designs and letting them do the decorating. (Older children could also help with the cutting!)

You should easily be able to stack four sheets of thin wood to cut multiple pieces at once. Click here for instructions on stacking wood, as well as other scrolling tips.

Wishing you a joyous holiday season!
